Producing your event
From your first idea to the final curtain, and everything in between, an event producer brings people together for food, fun, music, and art in beautiful, meaningful ways.
Stone City can:
- Develop an event identity and mission
- Create budget
- Secure vendors
- Identify and book talent
- Locate and secure suitable venue(s)
- Hire staff
- Manage relationships, including VIP guests, vendors, press, and stakeholders
- Manage door entry for all guests
- Cultivate donor/sponsor relationships
- Event promotion
- Oversee contracted talent team including musicians, photographers, artists, etc.
- Arrange accommodations for performers and artists
- Ensure that all signage, facilities, and staging is arranged and in-place for the day of the event
- Considerations for diversity and inclusion through all layers of the event, including marketing and venue setup
- Arrange tech components including audiovisuals and crew equipment

Inside the Songs
Three singer/ songwriters take the stage to interact with each other, the audience, and to share both their original music and captivating insider accounts of their creativity and experiences.
We only choose venues with exceptional acoustics in order to strike a chord with music lovers who crave a more intimate setting – one that goes against the mainstream concert experience. By breaking down the barrier between the artists and the audience, music lovers can connect with the artists, ask questions, and learn more about the music.
Artists featured or forthcoming in Inside the Songs include: Dave Rummans, Chris Hildebrant, Chad Okrusch, Sean Devine, Tom Catmull, Steve Hughes, Haeli Allen, and Susan Gibson.

Harmonies in the Hanger
Intimate showcase of incredible talent in one of the most unique and exclusive live music venues in Montana. Only 200 seats are available, and all proceeds benefit not-for-profit organizations.
Featured artists include: The Secret Sisters, Supaman, The Steel Wheels, and The Portland Cello Project.

This unique venue is renowned for its sound quality, and offers an intimate connection between performers and the audience. Attendees come for the music, so performers don’t have to compete with a bar scene, allowing the subtleties of storytelling to come across. Musical magic happens in the Hanger!
Non-profits!

2021 Mural Project
The exterior wall of the Lewistown (Montana) Art Center was once a blank brick wall with chipping paint. Stone City chaired, pitched ideas, recruited the artist, organized all fundraising events, and rallied the community behind the creation of this enormous and magnificent piece of art that has become a breathtaking centerpiece of the historic downtown area.
